Our board of directors brings together decades of experience from the intelligence community, Silicon Valley, and industries that exist in the overlap of those two worlds. Each member has been personally vetted through our own systems, which we consider the highest possible standard of due diligence.

Board meetings are held quarterly at rotating locations that are announced no more than 4 hours in advance. Minutes are recorded but classified at a level that precludes public disclosure.
